Personal Property Rendition Form:
DEADLINE:
Texas State law requires, on or
before April 15th, a person shall render for taxation all tangible personal
property used for the production
of income that he owns or manages and controls as a fiduciary on January 1.
A penalty of 10% of the tax
liability for the current year will be imposed for the failure to file a timely
rendition.
All rendition forms must be
delivered or postmarked no later than April 15th
